Choosing a white wine to pair with a cigar is more difficult than choosing a red. If you prefer white wines over red, chose one that is light and dry. These white wines go well with cigars because they are rather neutral.
Avoid sparkling white wines and Champagne with cigars. The bubbles will interfere with your palate and you will be unable to enjoy your cigar.
